Welcome to our home

The Zantzinger family’s home on the West River isn’t just a weekend getaway, it’s a testament to what can be created when the balance between building and design are in perfect harmony.

The perfect balance of structure and style

The house itself has a simple elegance to it, with hints of modernity. Focus, according to the Zantzinger family, should be paid to the proportions and materials used to build the home. One-hundred-year-old reclaimed bricks were used in the chimneys, foundation and mudroom. The wide plank floors are made from fumed oak, reminiscent of an old barn floor.
